TIC Account Members with Monthly & Premium Dial-up Accounts
are able to have multiple e-mail accounts under their user ID.

"tmail.net" is our online e-mail service accessible through your current browser. "tmail.net" e-mail identities are not usable as dial-up ID's. These e-mail identities are linked to a login ID therefore the login ID holder is responsible for all charges that may occur in association with their "tmail.net" e-mail identities.
